Directions

From Verrazano Bridge:
Bear right off the bridge and proceed to first exit (Bay Street). Make an extreme right onto School Road until end. Make left onto Bay street. Proceed on Bay Street and make left onto Vanderbilt Avenue to 135 Vanderbilt Avenue.

From Goethals Bridge / or Outerbridge Crossing:
Staten Island Expressway (278) East towards Verrazano Bridge. Exit at last exit before toll (Lilypond Avenue). At the light make a left onto Lilypond Avenue and travel until road ends. At light make left onto Bay Street. Travel along Bay Street until Vanderbilt Avenue. Make left on Vanderbilt Avenue. Proceed to 135 Vanderbilt Avenue.
